SnapPicFix Terms and Conditions

This software agreement represents the basic terms agreed upon by the Developer and Client. 

During the onboarding process, a formal agreement may be constructed to the benefit of both Parties involved.

During the development phase and thereafter, the client agrees to share Key Performance Indicators with SnapPicFix and historical context to establish baseline metrics to measure benefits, Return on Investment (ROI), and impacts of SnapPicFix on the client’s business. 

Further, if requested, the client agrees to provide testimonials, reviews, and serve as a reference for future and prospective SnapPicFix customers. 

As it relates to dependencies, the client agrees to share required integration information such as but not limited to: phone numbers to redirect calls, valid email addresses for forwarding incoming requests, companycam service account credentials, baseline and usage data, access to integration system and the necessary support, as needed, to understand the services and the client workflows related to them.

Compensation: The Client shall pay any setup fees outlined in the agreements and recurring service fees.

Commencement Date: SnapPicFix shall begin immediately upon the execution of the onboarding agreement.

Completion: SnapPicFix will be required, unless otherwise stated under the terms of a future agreement between the parties, to complete the request project start date. Upon completion and client satisfaction with the product and integration, client agrees to continue the SnapPicFix monthly subscription service for processing incoming requests. 

Customer Data: SnapPicFix will not sell or share your data and your customer data with any other SnapPicFix customer or 3rd party company. The customer data - including and not limited to name, phone, email, project information, photos - that we capture and process will be used solely for your benefit.

Subscriptions Auto-renewal: SnapPicFix will auto-renew your subscription unless otherwise communicated by either party 60 days prior to renewal.

Intellectual Property: The services built and deployed are managed services. As such, all services and products will be available with an active monthly SnapPicFix account in good standing. Any intellectual property developed by SnapPicFix will be solely SnapPicFix’s.

Privacy Notice

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for SnapPicFix.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website and it’s edge services (via google home or google assistant apps). It will notify you of the following:

  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
  2. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
  3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
  4. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
